Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist to source potential candidates against job requirements via diverse sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
Assist to maintain and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
Assist in providing support in employee relations, addressing queries, and resolving any workplace issues.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in the preparation of company internal newsletter and announcements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
2 years of related administration/human resource experience an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A self-starter, fast learner, and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as in a team.

Position is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (Menara Perak).
Operation hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
