Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at COPE Private Equity in WP Kuala Lumpur.
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of personnel files, records, and documents.
Assist in benefits enrollment and changes, and address employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
Maintain accurate records related to employee benefits, such as annual leave, medical leave and others.
Process and verify payroll transactions, such as salary, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure payroll compliance with local rules and regulations.
Managing documentations on EPF, Inland Revenue Board(IRB), SOCSO and others for all employees.
Working closely with HR Manager on engagement and HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, in accordance with business rules and best practices.
Support the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures according with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree holder in HRM/BA and any other relevant field
2-3 years experience in payroll and administrative
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
