Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, ensuring compliance with industry, company policies and employment regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture in accordance to the value set by the company.
This role requires a versatile professional who can handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience in a wellness or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with integrative medical practices and wellness initiatives.
