Human Resources Information System Specialist (Workday)1.
Workday System Configuration & Optimization:
Configure and maintain Workday systems according to business requirements, including but not limited to HCM, Recruiting, and other modules.
Continuously optimize the Workday system to ensure system stability, data quality, and positive user experience.

User Support & Training:
Provide Workday-related technical support to internal users and resolve issues in daily use.
Organize and conduct user training to enhance employees' proficiency in using HR-related systems.
Participate in the execution and monitoring of HRIS-related projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
Collaborate closely with the HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure effective implementation of HRIS strategies.
Role Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Workday implementation.
Experience in the food and beverage industry and RPA implementation is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong teamwork spirit.
Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals of different backgrounds and work under pressure.
Integrity, proactive learning attitude, strong problem-solving skills, analytical judgment, and logical thinking abilities.
High curiosity about new technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and explore new developments in HRIS and RPA.
Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
