What applies to you
You will have an exposure into Human Resources job function but no limit to HR business partnering, employee engagement, employee survey, HR reporting, and other HR related tasks. 
What you will do


-Work closely with HR Business Partners to support several business units within the organization. 


-Support HR Business Partners in HR initiative/programmes.


-Assist HR Business Partners in the HR operational matters and day-to-day support.


-Prepare HR-related report as needed (training reports, leave reports etc).


-Verify employees' information for reference check purpose.


-Manage e-learning platform and assist in scheduling an exit interview.


-Assisting in organizing company events and activities.


-Responsible for arranging internal and external training programs.


-Responsible for application of training grants and claims related matters from Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).


-Update training systems and maintain all training records.


-Conduct post-training evaluation and make recommendation for improvements.

; Requirements:- What you will need


-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.


-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


-The ability to work as part of a team and curious and passionate in HR job function.


-Effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.


-Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and high sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
