Human resources manager (Able to communicate in Mandarin)The HR Officer/Executive/Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR activities in the company, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment and selection.
Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, etc.)
to attract candidates.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration into the company.
Prepare and ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately.
Handle offboarding procedures including exit interviews, final settlements, and clearance.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees' queries on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and confidential manner.
Promote positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
Performance Management:
Assist in developing performance management systems and evaluating employee performance.
Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
Advise employees and managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development opportunities.
Assist in the development and management of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and allowances.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act and other statutory regulations regarding employee benefits and compensation.
Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, overtime, and bonuses.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs for employees.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and external training opportunities.
Track employee development and career progression.
HR Compliance & Administration:
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's labor laws (e.g., Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Socso, EPF, and tax regulations).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with internal audits and ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Coordinate employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and welfare initiatives.
Implement wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
Organize employee recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare HR-related reports for management, including turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee performance metrics.
