Human Resources Manager

Your Tasks:
Advisor/coach to local leaders on HR issues and how to improve and meet business goals, making best use of the Standard HR Tool box (systems, processes, policies).
Fostering employee engagement and performance (Skill/Will) at the site including hiring requests.
Recruiting if not in SSC at country level.
Manage local HR services (apprenticeship, operational integration management, etc.).
Problem resolution (case & escalation management).
Formulation of local market/business needs to improve HR performance.
Main responsible for the HR budget of the location.
Delivery of local transformation projects.
Manage, monitor, and develop labor relationships and dispute resolution (LR/ER@SITE, negotiation of labor contracts).
Manage, monitor, and take countermeasures for HR KPIs of the location.
Ensuring HR compliance to standard processes, policies, local regulations, and improving collaboration with external partners.
Initiate and execute country-/site-specific trainings (educational training, shop floor, etc.) - governance by COE.
Interlink to HRBP (HR BP Division and HR BP Product Line) regarding business focus (=business demand) and CoEs in regards to the application of process standards and translating into local solutions to comply with local laws and rules (e.g., tariffs).
Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced HR team members and Site Leadership team.
Your Profile:
Professional experience in HR and/or international environment.
Excellent consulting expertise and communication skills.
Service orientation, independence, confidentiality, flexibility, organizational talent.
Business orientation, moderation competence, and analytical skills.
