Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
Recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
Develop and implement talent development programs in collaboration with department managers.
Build a talent pipeline and reduce turnover rates.
Business Alignment:
Understand market trends, industry competition, and internal strengths and weaknesses.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and resolve key challenges.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment and build programs to motivate and retain employees.
Address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious workplace.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on goal setting and employee feedback.
Policy and Compliance:
Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and regulations.
Create and enforce rules that produce results and maintain order.
Training and Development:
Lead Learn & Develop initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership.

Job RequirementsRequirements:
Language Skills:
Must be proficient in Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing abilities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 8 years of HR experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
