Analyzing company compensation and benefits policies and practices. Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs. Researching industry trends and making recommendations to upper management. Monitoring the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Conduct a comprehensive review of our current compensation and benefits packages, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop a plan to enhance our compensation and benefits offerings to better meet the needs of our employees and remain competitive in the market. Implement new compensation and benefits programs or policies as needed, in collaboration with HR and senior management.
