The ID Management Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's identity and access management (IAM) system with a specific focus on CyberArk solutions.
This role ensures that all identity management activities comply with security policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity and Access Management:Administer and support the enterprise IAM system, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with organizational policies.Security and Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM procedures and configurations.Respond to security incidents and investigations involving identity and access management.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve access issues and security breaches.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in identity and access management.
Experience in administering IAM systems in an enterprise environment.Skills:Strong knowledge of IAM principles and best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of other IAM tools and technologies.
Experience with directory services.
Understanding of network security and related technologies.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
