Id Quantity Surveyor

Job DescriptionTo prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentationTo account costing within budget.To procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.To select, source materials and issue Purchase Order.To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site supervisor, subcontractors, suppliers.To measure and value the work done on site.To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordinglyTo attend site meeting. Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in QS, with working experience in Interior Design and Joinery works are encouraged to apply.Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & ProjectPosses experience in ID field is preferable.Able to liaise with clients , sub-contractors & attend site meetingsAble to work independently under minimum supervisionAble to handle multiple projects in short periodProficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Willing to work in Kelana Jaya and possess own transport.Fresh graduates and internship students are welcome to apply too!
