Details of the offer

**Your Responsibilities**- Ensure all deliveries and collection of In-flight carts/standard units to flights/aircraft arecarried out in accordance with the Hi-Lift schedule, intact and on-time.- Ensure driving licence "D" & MAB Pass are valid all the time.- Ensure to adhere to all airport safety regulations and department/company SOP and policy.**Your Duties**- Safe & efficient delivery/collection of all In-flight carts from the warehouse into flight/aircraftand vise versa according to the Hi-Lift schedule.- All the return carts must immediately return to the respective warehouse- Ensure the loading bay sliding door is closed after loading & unloading activity complete.Make sure the loading bay area is clear of any leftovers from hi-lift.- Collection of all designated Duty Free carts complete with DFEF forms / Prebook MCDS,from the Duty Free Bonded warehouse according to the Hi-Lift Schedule and delivered intoflight/aircraft.- All the return duty carts must immediately return to the duty free bonded warehouse (FOB).- Assist the Hi-lift driver at the aircraft parking apron including marshalling when docking andwithdrawal from aircraft, at warehouse loading bay and FOB.- Amenities in night stop aircraft must be replenished according to par level. ensure serviceequipment and a full set of oven rungs are available if not report OCC/Coordinator.- Report in written to the Duty Executive, any delays related to IFC complete with timing, andrelevant details.- Ensure none defect cart is loaded into high lift ( brek problem, major dent and lock defect )- Ensure QR code are available in all carts- Ensure meal cart is sealed with dry ice after verified / tally with SSR given by DutyExecutive/OCC- Counter check the accuracy of all Commercial, PBM, WAK and ATM meals with FlightAttendants on board.- Only load and offload carts with seal intact. Report on unsealed carts to OCC- Opening with crew shall be carried out for all carts with tampered or damaged seals andreport to the OCC/Coordinator if found any shortage / defect- Report any incidents which occur during operations to Duty Executive/OCC on dutyimmediately.- Perform other duties & responsibilities from time to time as per instruction by Duty Executiveor Inflight Management**Your Traits**- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internaland external staff or customers.- Friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous: self-starter; able to perform under pressure ina challenging environment (Standard Requirement).- Proficient in oral and written Bahasa Melayu or English (Standard Airport Requirement).- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful, honest and discretion when dealing withvaluable items, people (Standard Requirement).Your Merits- Minimum with SPM certificates.- Possess valid B2,D, Licence. GDL will be an added advantage.- At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the Airline / F&B industry.- Able to work on shifts including overnight, weekends & public holidays.- Able to work overtime as and when required- Basic knowledge on usage of smartphone, computer and tablet is required (basic appsnavigation)- Able to travel as when it is required**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
