HR2O Asia is a Generalist boutique recruitment agency specializing in providing tailored human resources solutions within the APAC region.
We are looking for individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and business development, with a curiosity to understand diverse organizations and industries.
What you will do: Business Development and Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand HR2O Asia's client base.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients within South East Asia region.Develop tailored proposals and pitch HR2O Asia's recruitment solutions to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies. Market Research and Strategic Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on industry and market dynamics.Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment and business strategies to attract top-tier clients and talent. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings to job offer negotiations.Provide guidance to clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Networking and Relationship Building: Engage in networking activities to build a strong professional network within the industry.Represent HR2O Asia at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase brand visibility. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry forums.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure a high level of suitability for client roles. Candidate profile expectation: Experience: Sales and/or Business Development in B2B (any industries) would be an advantage. No prior experience as a recruitment consultant is required.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local job market, industry trends, and the recruitment landscape in Southeast Asia.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients, candidates, and colleagues.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates.Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think out of the box and have a can-do attitude. Who should apply: You have strong operational experience in a specific industry, are new to recruitment, and are super motivated to try the experience.You are an experienced recruitment consultant looking for a first entrepreneurial experience.You are a recruitment consultant in an employed role and would like to venture into an independent consultant arrangement.
