Insolvency And Restructuring Senior Associate

-Assisting the Liquidator with his investigations into the affairs of distressed companies.


-Analyze data, assess evidence, and provide decision support for asset discovery, recovery, and realization.


-Collaborate with Manager to implement recovery plans following company policies and protocols.


-Manage general affairs of companies in Insolvency, such as filing, and ensuring statutory compliance.


-Communicate with stakeholders including creditors, debtors, government authorities, and legal professionals during liquidation processes.


-Review transactions and conduct proof of debt exercises.


-Cultivate relationships internally and externally to deliver high-quality work effectively.

; Requirements:-


-Hold a recognized Degree in Professional Accounting Qualifications 


-Would be an advantage if obtained ICEAW/ ACCA/ MICPA-CAANZ, or CPA Australia qualification.


-Possess strong financial analysis and data analytical skills


-Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage 


-Willingness to travel as required


-Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably across various sectors or industries


-Display ambition, confidence, and a strong drive for success
