Here's what you'll be doing:



- Create detailed design concepts/mood boards, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.


- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.


- Staying updated on industry trends.


-Conduct site visits to ensure your designs are implemented correctly.


- Address and resolve design issues during construction.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any related field.


- Minimum 3 years of interior design experience with a strong project portfolio.


- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or 3Ds Max.


- Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.


- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Great communication and presentation skills with strong leadership skills. 


- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
