YOUR ROLE
To assist engineer to complete project.
Work specifically focus on assembly, example SAW, Die Attach,Wire Bond and Molding.
Provide their full support to the engineer, safety rules, procedures, and programs.
Ability to perform all basic duties/tasks.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology / Material science / Chemical) or equivalent.
Preferably internship duration of 6 months or above.
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English communication.
Minimum CGPA >3.2 above.
