The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Support Day-to-Day Operations:Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services area of care, such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.Conduct site inspections and ensure all services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.Vendor Coordination:Support the team in collaborating closely with external service providers to address issues and ensure flawless service delivery.Track vendor performance and assist in gathering feedback for improvements.Administrative Support:Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.Help coordinate facility-related activities, such as meetings, events, or anything related to soft services task.Customer Service:Address employee queries related to soft services and called out issues where needed.Support initiatives to improve overall employee's experience within the facility.Improvements ProjectsAssist in ad-hoc projects related to soft services area of responsibilitiesPropose new fresh ideas for improvements project under soft services area of responsibilitiesRequirementsPursuing a degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Auto CAD is added advantages.Attributes:Proactive demeanor with a willingness to learn.Teammate with strong problem-solving abilities.Interest in facilities management, workplace experience, and operational efficiency.
