Intern, Hr (Recruitment)

Position Responsibilities



-Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to comprehend hiring requirements, the end-to-end hiring process, and team goals.


-Assist in candidate sourcing by leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.


-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to facilitate the selection process.


-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


-Assist in maintaining applicant tracking systems and databases with accurate candidate information.


-Support the coordination of new hire orientations and other administrative tasks.


-Participate in team meetings for an update on the current hiring tracker.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experience



-Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant courses.


-Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills


-A valuable team player and able to work independently.


-Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay


-Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


-Possess own transport and willing to travel
