Responsibilities:-
To update MC record and prepare GL for Barg. Staff.Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates (non-executive)To help Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects, manpower planning.Assist to gather information from staff.To prepare PPE,safety shoes and uniform for new joiner, visitor, maintenance vendor and etc.To prepare PPE,safety shoes and uniform for new joiner, visitor, maintenance vendor and etc.New joiner FC registration and databaseAssisting the TA in gathering market salary information, candidate profile, information collaboration with IPTA/IPTS for student data based and GVA awards.Documentation update, analysis and filing.Administrator task ( update PFile and others documents)FW hostel audit preparation (docs and site audit)Typhoid arrangement for Jan2024-May 2024Uniform and safety shoes distribution to sections.Monthly Audit preparation.Taking part if any project and activities in PI/ To support Manufacturing.(safety week, HC programme, covid and etc).RTK test activities and namelist to update
