Job Description As HR intern, you would be assigned to learn and assist in various HR processes, such as administrative tasks, upkeep records & scheduling interviews, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies.
Responsibilities: Files documents and assist to handle employee inquiries.
Mini-projects assignment e.g.
process improvement.
Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability, on-boarding administration.
Active participation in employees networking and engagement activities.
Performs ad hoc tasks as required Requirements: Enrolled in a university or college program at Diploma or Degree level, preferred course of study: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or relevant.
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
Good interpersonal and organisational skill Qualifications Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent.
