Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Assisting the HR team with administrative tasks, such as managing employee records and proper filing.
Help the HR team with the implementation of the company's learning and development.
Brainstorm ideas to promote employee engagement.
Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications; if you enjoy making presentations via Powerpoint, Canva or other platforms, you are encouraged to apply.
Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in the HR field.
