Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations.
You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, and employee training and development.
Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
Manage job advertisements on job portals and perform related follow-up.
Assist the HR team in organizing Company events.
Update and maintain non-confidential databases and files.
Assist in employee training and development matters.
Assist in employee engagement and internship program.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Understand Human Resource overall function & operations.
Understand the general HR processes, policies & guidelines.
Understand the environment of a Corporate in general and in an Asset/Investment Management firm in particular.
What does it take to be an HR intern?
Highly self-motivated and an effective team player.
Ability to work independently under general supervision.
Good written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
