Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities:  Conduct internal audit assignments as stipulated in the audit planPerform store operation audit such as transaction audit, stock take / inventory audit, system audit, by visiting outlets to assess the risk control and compliance with the Group's policies, procedures and governing laws and regulationsConduct investigation check on any fraud related matters and strengthen the overall control of the outletsPrepare audit report for visited outlets and provide value-added recommendationsTrain and educate outlet staffs on risk awareness and compliance requirementsTo complete any other tasks assigned by the superiorRequirements: At least 2 years working experiences and preferable in Retail industryIn other industry but experienced in audit roles and skills are invited to applyStrong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skillsAbility to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, and good organizational skillsA good team player with high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibilityWilling to travel across outletsBasic knowledge of anti-money laundering laws is an added advantageStrong communication skills in trilingual
