Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and responsibilities of the vacant positions.
Develop job descriptions and specifications based on the input from hiring managers.
Utilise various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals to attract potential candidates.
Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates through networking and other sourcing methods.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, both in person and virtually.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise on recruitment strategies.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and candidate satisfaction.
Participate in recruitment marketing programs, career talks, and job fairs if necessary.
Build and nurture collaborative partnerships with Bakery Colleges to attract and hire diverse academy talents.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the direct superior and management.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Aminimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition , whether in-house or from a recruitment agency.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., face-to-face, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with employees, stakeholders, and candidates, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
