We are seeking a detail-oriented International Business Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the entire export process, from identifying new international markets to securing and fulfilling orders, ensuring smooth and efficient international trade operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing customer relationships, preparation on trade fairs and ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to identify new and potential overseas markets for our products.
-Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for assigned territories.
-Generate sales leads and quotes for international customers.
-Negotiate and secure export orders, ensuring successful contract finalization.
-Manage all aspects of the export process, from order confirmation to shipment and post-sale support.
-Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other legal requirements.
-Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
-Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adapt export strategies and optimize results.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the FandB sector.
-Understanding of international trade principles, processes, and documentation.
-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
-Experience in organizing and overseeing trade fair participation, logistics coordination and operations, is preferred.
-Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
