Our eyes are currently set on expanding into the Malaysian market via our very own commercial sales team.
Highlights · 2-4 years working experience in B2B sales & account management
· With start-up experience is a plus
· Sales execution, keen prospecting skills, and able to reach KPI/sales targets
· The candidates should have experience in developing Indonesian market or can speak Indonesian
Job Description · Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.
· Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities
· Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
· Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market
· Prepare sales analysis and reporting
· Assist with ad hoc project when assigned
· Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner
Skills · Bachelor degree holder. Major in business administration, marketing or supply chain is preferred
· Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Mandarin Chinese as second/additional language is preferrable
· 1-3 years' experience in import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities is preferred
· Strong track record of success in B2B sales. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
· Able to work schedules that align with target market
· Should be sales-driven, independent, mature and value integrity
Ambitious to work in a fast-growing environment with the opportunity to take managerial role.
