-To assist the departmental managers in their daily operational task.-Prepares Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order, Quotation and etc.-Ability to quickly learn and process information.-Organization and time management skills.-Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.-Monitoring deadlines and follow ups with respective teams from times to times.-To perform any ad hoc duties as and when required.-Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports.-Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to provide actionable for voucher and campaigns.-Prepare regular reports every week on digital marketing performance.-Participate in team maeetings and contribute ideas for enhancing overall digital strategy.
