As an Intern - Recruitment, you will be an integral part of the company's talent acquisition efforts, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordination of interviews and onboarding.

What you'll be doing
Sourcing and screening potential candidates for a variety of roles
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Onboarding and orienting new hires to the company and their roles
Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Assisting with recruitment-related projects and initiatives
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a university degree programme, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
