The role:We are seeking a driven and organised Intern to join our Human Resources team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD.
This is a contract role based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, providing valuable hands-on experience in HR operations.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as managing employee records and processing paperwork.
Participating in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conducting employee engagement initiatives and providing support for learning and development programs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns.
Gaining exposure to a range of HR best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
What we're looking for:
Currently enrolled in an HR, Business or a related degree program.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Eager to learn and develop HR knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
