JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP HUMAN RESOURCES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Operations (40% of time throughout the internship period)Candidate will be exposed to the employee cycle e.g.
new hire onboarding, employee movement, benefits administration and resignation.
Record maintenance and reporting.Payroll (20% of time throughout the internship period)Assist in maintaining payroll data including leaves, bank account, etc.HRBP - to support on Recruitment, Talent Development projects and Organizational Development (40%)
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
Preferably with knowledge in MS Excel.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
