Internship - Human Resources

Details of the offer

Assist in recruitment services in line with manpower strategies and corporate goal. Working closely with hiring managers. Handling employees on-board and off-board procedure i.e. personal supporting documents, company email, access card, etc. Assist in implementing. Planning and administrating human resources matters in an efficient and timely manner. This includes organizations benefit programs, employees related-record leave administration, rule & procedure. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessment. Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks. Manages correspondence by answering call, transfer, emails and sorting mail. Preparation and assist of staff claims.
