Responsibilities:


-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the agency, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.


-Support advisors with customer service tasks such as answering inquiries, processing claims, and preparing policy documents.


-Perform research on financial products, coverages, and industry trends to assist agents with client needs.


-Help in preparing quotes, renewals, and policy changes.


-Organize and participate in team meetings and training sessions.


-Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives, such as creating promotional materials.
