Work timings: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6 PM
Position Title: Internship Management
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in the following strategic projects during the internship:
Project - 1 (Market Study)What is the size of the global/regional market?
Which market is best for Henikwon offers globally?
Study and assess competitors.
Prepare a study of offer gaps and devise projects to fill these gaps.
What should be our product price position in specific markets?
Propose a Go To Market (GTM) plan for the top markets.
Project - 2 (Supply Chain Optimization)How to reduce our working capital?
Study and assess local and foreign suppliers.
What should be re-order levels?
How to best structure ordering mechanisms to minimize stock idling?
Study our manufacturing system and recommend reorganization/digitization for improved efficiency.
Prepare a plan to implement the SQL production module.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate should be currently pursuing an MBA and must possess a degree in engineering or related fields.
Prior substantial experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Candidate should be passionate about consultancy in manufacturing excellence.
Candidate must possess necessary legal permission to work as an intern in Malaysia.
Skills:
Good knowledge of manufacturing systems in terms of cash flow analysis, ERP systems, Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Aggressive and self-motivated with good interpersonal communication skills.
Mentorship from experienced engineers.
Exposure to projects in multiple sectors and geographies.
Networking opportunities with professionals in the field.
Potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Additional Requirement:
Possess own transport to travel to our office located at Jalan Subang 9, Selangor.
