Internship-Material Compliance Project ManagementConduct research on relevant material compliance regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, California Proposition 65, TSCA PBT, PFAS) to understand the latest requirements and applications.
Monitor changes in material compliance regulations and assist in preparing communications to stakeholders, ensuring the project team is up-to-date with the latest requirements.
Prepare and organize materials to support training initiatives related to material compliance, including creating learning materials for stakeholders.
Prepare presentations or videos to share and broadcast findings and study outcomes to stakeholders.
Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress.
Support the Build of Materials (BOM) scrubbing process as needed.
Collect, compile, and analyze data for ad hoc tasks to support project management operations.
Support the final documentation of projects, ensuring all compliance-related documents are archived in an organized manner and maintained for future accessibility.
Design and maintain SharePoint content to ensure it is appropriate for the targeted audience and that all links remain valid and accessible.
Provide administrative support to the project management team, including document management, communication plan and other tasks as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and compliance processes.
Skills and Qualifications for the Role :
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, environmental science, materials science, electronic engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Knowledge of SharePoint/ PowerBI/ programming is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Keen to learn and share knowledge gained.
