Your Day-to-Day
Assisting in the day-to-day preparation of documentation such as leases, contracts, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize files and records for properties by country.
Preparing budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking for properties by country.
Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs or project planning & management.
Conducting market research to stay informed about rental rates and property trends by country.
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
Assisting in creating templates for the safe keeping of data by respective country and ensuring accuracy.
Preparing and distributing regular reports or ad-hoc requests on property data, performance, and financial status.
Collaborating with local property teams by country for seamless operations.
Assisting in preparing property guidelines for dissemination to BUs of respective countries.
Monitoring lease renewals, terminations, and move in/move-out procedures for selected countries.
Attending to any tasks beyond this scope as and when required to ensure operational efficiency for the property team.
Your Know-How
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Problem solver: Able to handle tenant issues and maintenance problems effectively.
