Inventory Planning Officer

Responsibilities:
The main role is to focus & support the current sales & stock situation.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure effective inventory management on stock balancing, stock analysis vs sales performance to ensure stocks on best sellers & inventory in-store at an optimal level.
Liaise closely with warehouse, stores & other departments.
Communicate & liaise with retail store personnel on stock requisition & other requirements.
Involve Promotion & Markdown planning to achieve the sales budget as well as maintain a healthy inventory level.
Work closely with the Merchandise planning team on the next ordering & incoming stocks.
Ad hoc report/documentation.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed, and able to work under pressure.
Business-minded & possess good communication skills and analytical skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision & meet tight deadlines.
Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizing, numerical, negotiation, and communication skills.
