; Requirements:- Key Resposibilities:
-Execute thorough site surveys and requirement studies to evaluate and determine the feasibility of implementing smart devices and sensors within the proposed IoT solution.
-Compile and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation outlining the usage and maintenance of the IoT solution.
-Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides to support the deployment and ongoing management of IoT solutions.
-Supervise and participate in hands-on system deployment, commissioning, and support activities.
-Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure it is conducted properly by the technical team.
-Conduct solution training sessions for clients.
-Maintain professional and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
-Coordinate projects efficiently and provide regular status reports.
-Perform problem analysis and troubleshooting as needed to ensure project success.
-Ensure that all documentation and reporting are timely, comprehensive, and accurate, meeting the needs of all project stakeholders.
-Manage aftersales support, including system support, preventive maintenance, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the business development unit to prepare demonstrations and execute proof-of-concept initiatives that showcase the IoT solution's capabilities.
-Assist in providing technical suggestions and innovative ideas for IoT solution proposals, contributing to the development of robust and scalable solutions.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
-Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with the latest IoT trends and advancements.
-Strong understanding of IoT concepts, protocols, networking, and architectures, along with a solid conceptual grasp of technical solutions.
-Demonstrated interest and capability in data analysis, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting.
-Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams and customers.
-Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
-Familiarity with RFID technologies and their applications in warehouse management systems.
-Ability to write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and API documentation.
-Hands-on experience in deploying and commissioning IoT systems.
-Capability to conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
-Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
-Ability to manage aftersales support, including system support, preventive maintenance, and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes.
-Experience in collaborating with business development teams for demonstration preparation and proof-of-concept execution.
