Job Roles:Provide SAP administration support, user access and maintenance related matters.
Ensure administration support provided are as per agreed SLA and task carried out according to defined SOPs.
Prepare and circulate periodic user access report for business review.
Prepare monthly billing on IT maintenance and services.
Compile and prepare ad hoc report.
Carry out regular departmental administrative related matters.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:Diploma in IT or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience as IT administration/application support.
With minimum 1 year working experience with exposure to Logistics/ERP system.
Pleasant personality, and able to communicate effectively.
A self-starter and able to work independently.
