IT Consultant / Expert Client Management and SupportProviding 1st and 2nd level support for the entire KLS Martin Group via call, email, and remote assistance, including ticket and service request processing.Offering local onsite IT/Client support.PC/laptop installation for new users or upgrading existing systems.Training users on the use of Windows 11, Office 365, and Outlook.Resolving simple issues (hardware, software, network).Administration, maintenance, and support of hardware.Software assignment through software deployment.Maintaining and documenting information in the knowledge base.Technical Support: Provide expert-level support to clients, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions efficiently.QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION BACKGROUND:Training as an IT specialist with professional experience.Minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree in computer science or IT or related field.EXPERIENCE:Possess at least 1 year of working experience in related field.Completed professional training in the IT field.Professional experience in client support.Strong knowledge of operating systems (MDM, MS Office).Experience in supporting Windows 10/11.PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:Knowledge of Citrix is an advantage.Knowledge of Client Software distribution is an advantage.Willingness to work in a global team and projects.Company Information
