It Executive

-Provide IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users.


-Troubleshoot, support, and repair IT equipment and network malfunctions.


-Document tasks, training sessions, and support activities.


-Maintain records of hardware and software inventory.


-Collaborate with a team of installation, network, security, and support specialists.


-Stay updated on emerging technologies through industry news and resources.


-Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or the company.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 


-1-2 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.


-Knowledge of computers, networks, software, and hardware.


-Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.


-Decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.


-Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.


-Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.


-Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet goals. 


-Having own transport and able to travel outstation, as required.
