IT PMO Business Analyst – Sr. Analyst

Our Senior Business Analysis team collects and analyzes requirements and solves client problems using solutions.
It serves as a liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during initial project phases.
Responsibilities:Setup and conduct follow-up project/service improvement meetings, prepare meeting agenda, take MoM
Track MoM and follow up on outstanding actions/tasks from respective team
Coordinate and conduct various engagement between Central IT, Accenture/ISP, or vendor, including but not limited to:
Pre and post IT Assurance (ITA) review
Stage Gate Review
Vendor execution follow up
Petronas Cloud checklist review
Coordinate, follow up with respective project team and ensure all documents related to project are current and up to date in the project repository
Projects scheduling alignment: Work with IT PM to streamline actual project schedule together with required resources availability
Coordinate, follow up with respective stakeholder/vendors and compile project budget or estimation cost from business or vendor for further IT review
Review and consolidate IT Meetings between Central IT and Asset IT and streamline integrated meetings
Coordinate with Central IT on any "key global projects" for local Asset rollout (e.g.
Patch/OS upgrade, security remediation, etc.)
Represent Asset IT to attend "key Central IT" meetings and provide updates on key activities or work progress
Record, track, and follow-up all records in scrum master repository
Minimum Requirements:Degree in IT related domain and has background and experience in IT infrastructure (e.g.
Network, servers, telecommunications)
Minimum 5 years in IT project management role
Project management certification is optional
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail, able to multitask, good problem-solving and time management skills
Able to work in different time zones, subject to further arrangement
