Project description
A leading Malaysian bank is developing a Treasury front-end (TFE) platform to integrate its markets application with core banking systems.
The TFE program is building a centralized platform to distribute Treasury products to retail customers.
This platform will be accessible via web and mobile applications.
The project is planned in three phases.
In the first phase, the bank plans to include FX products, with subsequent phases covering other capital markets products.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of the service.
Manage the risk, dependencies, quality, and change at project level.
Drive effective project governance to stay in line with scope and timelines.
Liaise with project stakeholders, gaining go-forward decisions and sign-offs.
Allocate, utilize, and direct personnel resources to drive projects to completion.
Prepare reports about progress to the higher managers.SKILLS
Must have
7+ years of proven managerial experience, managing at least 15 people.
Working in Banking Domain experience is required.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience in Service management processes (Service Mgmt, PM).
Familiarity with ITIL: Experience with ITIL v4 practices, ability to implement and document procedures accordingly.
Ability to work well in high-pressure situations while coordinating resources across various teams, managing difficult discussions, and leading meetings with IT technology leads.
Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Very good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills and experience.Nice to have
