It Service Technician (Resident)

Locate, prepare the pick-up list and make preparation for rental assets delivery
Diagnose and quality check for the rental assets return to warehouse store
Schedule periodic rental assets health check at the warehouse store
Record and update timely and accurately the asset movement into the systems.
Tag and store all rental assets at the dedicated location.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and overall housekeeping
Handle rental assets with care and safely at all time
Manage and report the rental assets movement at resident site.
Comply with the policies and procedure at resident site.
Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g.
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)#J-18808-Ljbffr
