We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Malaysian Japanese Speaking Telemarketing Executive to spearhead the sale of used Japanese cars across international markets, including Australia, Africa, UK, Sri Lanka, Russia's and others. This role primarily involves leveraging telemarketing techniques and online platforms to engage B2B clients, meeting monthly sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers a competitive salary range of RM4000-RM5000, coupled with enticing sales commissions, language proficiency bonuses, shift allowance, and transport allowances. Qualified candidates must be able to fluently speak in Japanese language and understand Japanese writing. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients in target markets, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our used Japanese car inventory.Utilize digital channels and online platforms to showcase our diverse range of vehicles and engage with potential buyers.Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences to tailor our offerings accordingly.Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through strategic negotiation and deal closure.Provide unparalleled customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop innovative strategies for expanding market penetration and driving sales growth.Prepare comprehensive sales reports on a regular basis, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate sales records and upholding ethical business practices at all timesQualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
