Java Full Stack Web Liferay Developer Staff Engineer

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable components for Liferay commerce with best practices. Performing technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems. Ability to collaborate in a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines. Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Perform implementation of cases under mentoring and guidance of more experienced developers. Technical Competence: Java Development : Strong proficiency in Java is essential as Liferay is built on Java. Frontend Technologies : Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React/Vue.js is advantageous. Integration and APIs : Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, OAuth, and other integration methods. Databases : Understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate). Liferay Expertise : Solid knowledge in Liferay DXP (Digital Experience Platform), including development and integration of Liferay portals. Communication and Collaboration: Scrum: Experience in agile team project environment Teamwork : Collaboration with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders. Masters / Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 2years of work experience on Liferay or with skill Javascript/ Java.
