Details of the offer

Job Responsibility : * In charge for daily audit on company transport (bus/van)
* Daily submit finding report to the contractors
* In charge of employee's grievances related to transportation, grievances report, and provide feedback to employees.
* In charge in updating memo boards for services related as & when necessary
* Arrange monthly meetings for bus/van contractors and bimonthly for bus/van leader
* To ensure transport documentation filling and report up to date
* Responsible for daily clearance of employee lateness related to transportation
* Weekly follow up for driver documentation such as PSV, road tax, and registration new driver including background screening
* To ensure the vehicle in good 5S and the contractor follow company requirement.
* Arranged transport for overtime employees including shift 13 and shift 14
* Support in preparing memo/bulletin for Transportation related
* Extend supports during internal and external (eg: IETP, Disney, Target, ISO, 55 & Safety) audits, particularly in matters affecting employee services.
Other support :* To support transportation cost payment
* Extend support for audit canteen when required
* Extend support for employee's subsidy claim if any issue or systems are down
* Extend support locker clearance for resign/termination employees
* Support any continuous improvement projects identified and assigned by the HR
Manager or HR Director from time to time
* Support other general HR functions and activities when required
Requirement : * Holding a recognized Diploma from a college/university.
* Fresh diploma holder or with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
* Basic computer skills and reporting skills.
* Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
