Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Junior Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will assist senior team members with various tasks, support client-related activities, and contribute to maintaining excellent client service.
This position requires flexibility with working hours to meet client schedules.
Key Responsibilities:1.
Flexibility and Availability
Work flexible hours, including late evenings, to accommodate client schedules.

Supporting Client Relationship Management
Assist senior team members in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Support client-related tasks, including handling inquiries or requests under the guidance of seniors.
Help monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
3.
Engaging Potential Clients
Conduct research on potential clients to support senior team members in expanding the company's portfolio.
Help prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
4.
Coordination and Communication
Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls for the team with clients.
Provide updates and assist in ensuring clear communication between the team and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to help meet client requirements effectively.
5.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project timelines in CRM tools.
Assist in generating reports on client activities, including feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure proper documentation of agreements and project milestones.
6.
Problem-Solving and Escalation Support
Help address client concerns as assigned by senior team members.
Support the escalation process by providing relevant information and documentation to senior management.
