Job Description:
Handling Sale and Purchase Agreement (Developer Project and Sub Sale), attending to Bank Loan Documentation, and liaising comfortably with clients, bankers, developers, and various governmental bodies.
Monitoring closely all files' progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
Handling general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties.
Keeping files and paperwork organized.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently and also as a team.
