Your Day-to-Day
Record and maintain the ownership transfer tracking listing.
Support and perform all ownership transfer requests.
Perform filtration on requirement fulfillment before executing ownership transfers.
Liaise with external parties on all required actions regarding JPJ ownership transfer.
Obtain and safeguard all relevant supporting documents for ownership transfers.
Provide relevant documents or information as requested by internal parties.
Perform account creation for new business development executives or dealers.
Monitor and obtain ownership transfer back to the company for all returned and rejected units.
Assist on any ad-hoc projects if needed and provide solutions to related parties facing issues related to ownership transfers.
Your Know-How
Minimum of 1 year of administration-related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous in paperwork.
Great attitude and willingness to learn.
