Emspaced is seeking a Junior IT Executive to join our IT support team.
The ideal candidate will focus on supporting our IT operations by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support and Operations:Provide first-level IT support to internal and external users.
Address user inquiries regarding software, hardware, or network issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and hardware.Adherence to SOPs and Policies:Strictly follow SOPs and company IT policies in daily operations.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection guidelines.Documentation and Record-Keeping:Accurately document incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.
Maintain records of software licenses, IT assets, and user requests.Collaboration with IT Team:Work closely with senior IT staff to resolve complex issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to IT projects as needed.Continuous Learning and Improvement:Stay informed about new IT trends and technologies.
Seek opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement.User Education:Assist in the preparation and dissemination of instructional materials for users.
Educate users on basic software, hardware functionalities, and best practices.Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
